Orianna helped with providing information when I walked in up until move in day She kept me informed every step of the way and treats everyone as family The staff that I have encountered from the office to maintenance have all been amazing Neighbors are great Hallways are quiet, property is very well maintained and clean I LOVE LOVE LOVE my home 💜
|Recommended: YesAwesome Place to Live — This apartment complex is truly awesome. The outside is kept as nice as the inside. The apartments are almost soundproof. You can hardly hear any noise in the halls. If you’re looking for a very secure feeling, this is the place you should come see.
|Recommended: YesHappy tenant — I’ve been here going on 3 years and I’ve yet to find anything that will want to make me move. They staff is great, maintenance is excellent when needed. Only thing I would complain about is some noisy neighbors above us but that comes with living in an apartment for the most part it’s not that bad.
|Recommended: YesLove my new home — Me and my boyfriend moved in a little over a month ago and we are both still absolutely over the moon we live here the property is so beautiful i feel like im on a constant vacation. we have passed a few neighbors in the hallways and they all have been super nice to chat with and get to know a little bit my favorite community, and i cannot recommend living here enough
|Recommended: YesGreat apartment — Great apartment 3 positives and 3 opportunities for growth Positives - 1. Proximity to grocery stores etc. 2. QUIET 3. Great maitenance staff. Shout out to Carlos Areas for growth - 1. Building cleaning needs to get better - floors need mopped regularly, vacuum needs ran weekly, vents all over the building especially the gym need cleaned weekly, baseboards and window ledges need cleaned weekly where they accumulate a lot of dust 2. Doors don’t lock close all the way - posing a security risk. 3. Recycling is constantly overflowing looking like a junk yard - need to come more often or get a bigger unit.
